Every working minute our clients’ needs are looked after, and we seek to meet those needs in the most effective way. For this purpose, we have implemented the integrated quality, environment protection and employee health and safety management system that complies with requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS standards.

The following are KAMIDA LOGISTICS quality policy objectives:

a) to maintain the effective quality, environment protection and our employee and those in the neighbourhood safety assurance system in accordance with requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS international standards;

b) to provide our clients in Western Europe and our partners-carriers in Lithuania with the highest quality services; 

c) to provide the observance of applicable law and safety requirements;

d) to improve processes of our activity in order to provide services that constantly meet the needs of our existing and potential clients and exceed their expectations.

While implementing new standards of quality policy, we have prepared and applied a set of procedures for our company’s activities, which helps us to achieve our objectives we have established, be a responsible company and look after the safety of our employees and those in the neighbourhood.

Each employee is made aware of KAMIDA LOGISTICS quality policy objectives and provisions of the set of procedures. The employees personally take responsibility for their work quality, which contributes to improvement of working environment at KAMIDA LOGISTICS.

The set of internal procedures at KAMIDA LOGISTICS is revised and updated on a regular basis. Each employee is encouraged to submit their proposals, recommendations and in any other way participate in the process of quality policy improvement.
